About This Role

As an Enterprise Account Growth Manager at Bandwidth, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth through strategic account management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, develop and execute targeted sales strategies, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

About the Job

This is a highly competitive role that requires a proven track record of success in complex sales environments. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the customer's business needs, as well as the ability to articulate the value proposition of Bandwidth's solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, forecasting sales performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new business and revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Forecast sales performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of success in complex sales environments. You should have a deep understanding of the customer's business needs, as well as the ability to articulate the value proposition of Bandwidth's solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience selling large, complex solutions into the Fortune 500 companies, possess a deep understanding of the complexities around products and technology integrations, and be proficient in the use of internal resources (lead generation, marketing events, industry practices) to identify target accounts and build the required relationship to WIN.
