District Sales Manager

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Nebraska.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the agricultural industry and a proven track record of success in sales and territory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and brand development in the assigned territory.
- Sell directly to Ag Grower customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Recruit and develop a network of dealers to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the product management team to stay up-to-date on the latest seed traits and genetics.
- Exercise critical thinking and decision-making skills to drive business results.
- Business degree or equivalent experience in sales and territory management.
- Proven track record of success in sales and territory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the agricultural industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
