Job Title: District Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Ag Grower customers in Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and brand expansion
  • Sell directly to Ag Grower customers and recruit and develop other dealers
  • Work closely with the product management team to stay up-to-date on current seed traits and genetics
  • Exercise critical thinking and decision-making skills with technical expertise and strong relationship-building skills
Requirements:
  • Business or agricultural-related degree or 3+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of proven seed sales experience
  • Experience building and developing a sales territory and recruiting and developing dealers
  • Business mindset with strong customer focus
  • Self-directed and performance-driven personality
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
  • Good computer skills
