About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at Regency Hospital. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day functions, events, and services that promote an excellent patient experience.
  • Round on patients and communicate with them in a respectful and empathetic manner.
  • Responsible for the distribution, collection, and data of the hospital patient satisfaction survey.
  • Provide service recovery when needed and collect feedback from patients and families.
  • Assist in activities that enhance the patient experience for patients, families, and visitors.
  • Be familiar with hospital policies and procedures to support patients and families.
Requirements
  • Requires skills in report writing, problem solving, and critical thinking.
  • Requires computer literacy and the ability to utilize additional software programs as implemented.
  • Requires experience assisting and serving a variety of diverse cultures and patient populations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience within a healthcare customer service role preferred.
