- Experience mentoring/overseeing junior business development representatives.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
