Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the mechanical contracting or construction industry.
  • Experience mentoring/overseeing junior business development representatives.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
