Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing guidance on HR policies, federal and state employment law compliance, and managing all facets of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement new and revised personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Employee Relations: Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll, including collection of time sheets, calculation of payroll hour entries, and allocation of benefit costs.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all Company personnel.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the selection process.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, payroll management, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
