Job Summary

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating employee services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate employee services, including new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including HR-related audits and reporting.
  • Assist with special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and HR-related training programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
