About the Job

This Sales and Customer Growth Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Kennedy Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with existing and prospective clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
  • Commission-based incentive plan
