About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales team in driving strategic revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel-level strategic B2B sales initiatives that achieve growth targets and expand market share for our largest sales channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead a team of sales employees to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and programs that maximize value creation for customers and the brand
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
- 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in the apparel industry
- Proven track record of success in achieving cultural alignment, growth, and profitability goals
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and management skills
- Established and leverageable customer relationships in relevant markets
- Experience building out large-scale sales strategies with effective resource management
