We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Provide daily reporting and insights on sales activity using our CRM system.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
