Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Identify and establish connections with potential clients through various channels, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.

Conduct initial consultations to comprehend clients' requirements and expectations.

Present and effectively communicate our kitchen remodeling and refacing services and products to clients.

Sales Process Management:
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our services and products.

Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing, maintaining open communication with clients.

Project Coordination:
Gather and provide accurate and detailed information to the installation team, ensuring a smooth project execution.

Prepare and communicate a comprehensive scope of work document for each project, ensuring client expectations are met.

Collect and organize pictures of the project site before, during, and after the remodeling/refacing process for documentation and client updates.


Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met, participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or kitchen remodeling/refacing industry, with a strong understanding of the kitchen remodeling and refacing process and products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, possessing attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, offering high commission rates based on sales performance and performance bonuses based on sales targets, with flexible work from home options available.


Compensation:

$70, $150,000.00 per week
