Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Advise customers on selecting the right product for their needs
  • Prepare and calculate price quotations
  • Process and follow-up of (online) sales orders with customers
  • Manage print proofs between suppliers and customers
  • Send shipping information and assure on-time delivery
  • Assure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native Dutch speaker
  • High level of English or Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service position

  • Immediate start and a fixed contract (after probation period)
