About the Role

Orkin is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by coordinating and working with our field and sales operations, as well as our customers' food safety QA teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate with Branch Managers and customers to ensure seamless inspection processes.
  • Assist service, sales, and customers in training and technology implementation to improve service quality and provide technical expertise where needed.
  • Complete weekly reports on inspections, proposals, presentations, and other required reports to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management to support the success of our customers and operations team.
  • Obtain various certifications (AIB, Perdue, NPMA, NSF, etc.) and may require licenses or certifications to perform job duties.
  • Write professional QA Inspection Reports and conduct inspections for initial sales or ongoing monitoring purposes.
  • Provide educational/training presentations to both internal and external groups to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Become familiar with Boss Mobile and the Orkin InSite system to provide support for implementation and training.

Qualifications
  • BS in Biology or related field, MS Entomology preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the commercial pest control business with special emphasis on food retail, food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare facilities, or other sensitive environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to achieve organizational goals.
