As a Customer Success Specialist at The Lean Way Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients while fostering strong relationships within our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding and implementation process.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients derive maximum value from our services.
- Develop and refine customer success strategies and best practices in collaboration with the creative team.
- Create detailed process maps and documentation to streamline operations.
- Engage with both internal and external senior management to understand client needs and enhance retention and growth.
- Set clear retention objectives and milestones for clients and team members.
- Assist clients in navigating our programs and tools effectively.
- Address client feedback and work towards enhancing the overall client experience.
- Optimize internal processes and elevate all Client Success initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trust and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer referrals and develop impactful case studies.
Performance Metrics:
- Increase client engagement with our products through education and awareness.
- Monitor net promoter scores for each client.
- Track client retention rates.
