Purpose
You have the opportunity to make a real difference Join a passionate, technology-savvy team with a truly life-saving mission. As a Customer Success Project Specialist, you are the face of CENTEGIX™ and will be the primary contact for our customers post-onboarding. You will lead their construction project execution and ensure that system integrity is maintained throughout the project's life cycle. You will interact directly with our customers to ensure issues are resolved quickly and to their satisfaction. As a Customer Success Project Specialist, you will provide ongoing education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service. As an ideal candidate, you are passionate about putting the customer first. You are outgoing, organized and provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. You will play a key role in assisting leadership in creating and delivering the Customer Experience Strategy for CENTEGIX™ and providing input for continuous improvement across departments.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with customers during their construction projects to ensure that the system integrity is maintained throughout the life of the project.
- Partners with other departments for map updates, scheduling site visits and contract changes
- Communicating company values and meeting customer construction deadlines
- Consistently achieving monthly or quarterly targets
- Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone or emails
- Ability to work with little supervision and ability to take initiative
- Assist with change, add or RMA questions and orders; including quoting and PO’s.
- Work with leadership to establish processes for support and other departments to ensure a superb customer experience.
- Customer Success Project Specialist team operates 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday, flexibility will be required based on business needs.
- 2+ years in a proven customer facing experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong Google doc/sheets skills
- Monday.com experience is a plus
- Account Management within a fast paced environment, start up experience is a plus
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge of and experience with using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalent tools
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
