Customer Success Specialist

This isn’t your average 9-to-5. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping them navigate the exciting (and sometimes chaotic) world of trade shows and conferences with ease, all from the comfort of your home.

Our cloud-based platform helps enterprise clients simplify the scheduling of meetings, demos, workshops, and networking events at trade shows and conferences. No more endless spreadsheets or email chains—we make sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing- Client Champion: Guide clients through their event setup and navigation of our platform, making sure they have everything they need to succeed.
- Training Expert: Onboard new users, conduct live demos, and create training resources that make using our platform a breeze.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot any issues clients encounter and offer solutions before they even realize there's a problem.
- Customer Advocate: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they have an exceptional experience, every time.
- Efficiency Guru: Identify ways to streamline processes and make things more efficient for both the company and our clients.
- A natural communicator with a talent for making complicated things simple.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, clients, and deadlines without missing a beat.
- Technologically savvy, with a basic understanding of cloud-based platforms and mobile apps.
- Organized, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
- Flexible and willing to support clients during their events, which may include some evenings or weekends.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- A background in event management, trade shows, or software training.
- Competitive Salary: $50-55K annually.
