Derick Dermatology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care and support to our medical team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Check-out: Accurately verify patient information, collect co-pays and deductibles, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Management: Enter patient data into our internal EMR system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Phone and In-Person Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide general practice information, and schedule appointments according to designated scripting.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Skills: Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Work Environment

Our front office team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be expected to work a schedule that includes 3 days of 12-hour shifts per week and 1 Saturday per month.
