Responsibilities:
- Manage voicemails and emails efficiently.
- Coordinating meetings and events.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Providing data entry services.
- Creating and sending email campaigns.
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Organizing electronic files and folders.
- Generating reports and analyses.
- Managing online platforms and tools.
Requirements:
- AA degree or 2-3 years' equivalent experience.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
