Solar Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our team at PosiGen. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of making solar energy accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
- Build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, direct marketing, and more
- Leverage our proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business
- Attend company-provided appointments
- Help homeowners execute documents and provide necessary information to maximize their savings by going solar
- Maintain an ongoing partnership with our valued customers, offering support throughout the entire installation and activation process
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Requirements:
- Positive energy, professional, high enthusiasm, and big-picture attitude
- Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
- A 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling, networking, and lead-generating
- Must be flexible and able to work Saturday, evening, and holidays as needed
