Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Lead to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As the Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating meal and break periods, monitoring schedule adherence, and maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions.
  • Model company core values and drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
