Your main focus will be to enhance revenue and profitability while nurturing talent and fostering outstanding customer service across all locations under your supervision.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance, adjusting sales targets, and implementing effective procedures tailored to each store's unique needs, all while maintaining strict control over operational costs and payroll budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee substantial sales volumes across multiple locations to optimize sales, gross margin, and inventory turnover.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting a strong customer service culture within the stores.
Mentor store managers and associates through real-time coaching, providing constructive feedback to drive sales and meet performance benchmarks.
Manage expenses effectively to boost profitability.
Analyze operational reports to guarantee compliance with company policies, monitor store profitability, manage payroll budgets, and establish long-term objectives.
Coordinate promotional activities and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential.
Facilitate the opening of new stores and the closure of underperforming locations.
Address and resolve operational issues that impact service quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Conduct inspections of store premises to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in Retail Regional or District Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling and reporting software is essential. Travel within the designated region is necessary.
