Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our workforce by identifying and recruiting new talent. You will assess our operational needs to determine staffing requirements and actively seek candidates to fill those roles. Following our recruitment strategy, you will review resumes and conduct necessary evaluations for each position.

Once you identify a suitable candidate, you will arrange and conduct initial interviews, subsequently sharing your recommendations with management. Your passion for engaging with diverse individuals and helping them secure rewarding positions is crucial to your success in this role.

Work Schedule
