Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and distributing mail.
  • Assist with data entry, order office supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support project coordination, including creating sales orders, work orders, and electronic project files.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including filling out delivery tickets and quality control checklists.
  • Close out projects in our ERP system and assemble invoicing packages.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated regular and punctual attendance at work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations, email, scanner/copier, record keeping, organization, and maintaining files & records.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and PDF editing software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a welding and/or manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
  • Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • May be required to lift up to 15 pounds in an office setting.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend.
  • Must be able to see, speak, hear, and read.
  • Must use fingers and hands to manipulate/utilize office machines.
  • Must be able to walk over both even and uneven surfaces.
