Tonal is revolutionizing the way people work out at home with its smart home gym and personal trainer. We're looking for a strategic leader to drive our digital marketing and consumer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in the D2C space, subscription services, or consumer electronics. They will be responsible for leading the vision and execution of omnichannel paid media campaigns, including SEM, Paid Social, Linear TV, OTT/Streaming platforms, Podcast/Streaming Audio, Affiliate, and Direct Mail. The candidate will also lead the CRM strategy and execution, including developing multi-channel plans, optimizing journeys, and implementing process improvements to support CRM operations. They will engage with executive and senior management stakeholders to represent growth marketing, including the presentation of media strategies, GTM plans, and performance retrospectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to drive projects in a cross-functional environment, and experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also be a growth-minded individual with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the vision and execution of omnichannel paid media campaigns
* Develop and execute CRM strategies and plans
* Engage with executive and senior management stakeholders to represent growth marketing
* Partner with Strategy and Finance teams on forecasting and demand planning
* Oversee marketing managers and external partners responsible for paid/performance marketing and e-comm channels

**Requirements:**

* 12+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in the D2C space, subscription services, or consumer electronics
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects in a cross-functional environment
* Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Growth-minded with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
* Ability to inform and influence decisions across all levels with strong communication skills
