PredictHQ Group is seeking a seasoned Marketing leader to drive growth and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing growth-focused marketing strategies, with expertise in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
As our VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives growth and brand awareness.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Inbound & Outbound Marketing: Enhance inbound efforts (content, SEO, lead nurturing) and drive outbound campaigns for demand generation and brand awareness.
- PR & Brand Management: Lead PR efforts, managing teams and agencies to increase brand visibility and ensure consistent branding.
- Website Optimization: Manage website strategy for user experience and conversion optimization, working with developers and designers.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Align with sales, product, and customer success teams to integrate marketing with business objectives.
Results-driven and data-focused, you will use data-driven insights to refine our marketing approach, turning visitors into leads and leads into loyal customers.
With a strong focus on customer behavior, segmentation, and journey mapping, you will develop targeted campaigns that drive revenue and growth.
As a leader, you will inspire, manage, and prioritize across multiple projects, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and articulate complex ideas clearly.
We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $230,000, comprising a base and variable component, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care and benefits administered by Sequoia One.
