Job Overview

Position: Mortgage Loan Consultant

Role Summary: Gina Group LLC is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Consultant to become a part of our lending division. The successful candidate will possess a robust sales background, particularly in real estate, and demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new lending opportunities by nurturing and expanding relationships with clients, mortgage brokers, legal professionals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through networking, meetings, telemarketing, and outreach efforts.
  • Build, manage, and sustain relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants, and other real estate experts to foster future business prospects.
  • Collaborate with in-house legal teams and clients on ongoing transactions.
  • Assess and underwrite real estate (training will be provided).
  • Conduct property tours.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in investment or residential sales, real estate financing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
