Customer Success Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager II to join our team at ZoomInfo. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and growth by delivering high levels of business value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth
- Act as a proactive advocate for our customers, identifying and addressing their needs and pain points
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they are leveraging ZoomInfo to achieve full business value
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and customer business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure successful renewals
- Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of products and services
- 2+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in a competitive SaaS environment
- 2+ years of working with mid-market level accounts
- Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and scrappy team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
