Senior Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on ZoomInfo's marketing solutions and leverage that knowledge to drive client success
Develop and maintain a book of high-complexity, high-value client engagements
Provide strategic recommendations and best practices to clients based on industry and product-focused knowledge
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems and drive procedural standardization
Identify revenue growth opportunities through service delivery innovation
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, SaaS, delivery, or professional services
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive client success
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service and a drive to deliver exceptional results
