Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Junior Modeling and Simulation Analyst to engage in analytical tasks utilizing agent-based Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tool suites applied to a variety of military operations. This role is integral to an integrated analytical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis using community M&S tools.
  • Conduct mission-level assessments within modeling environments/platforms.
  • Create operational scenarios utilizing community M&S tools.
  • Evaluate actual military operations across diverse domains including cyber, space, air, ground, and sea.
  • Plan and organize the phases of analytical process development.
  • Demonstrate initiative in defining objectives and technical approaches.
  • Address complex challenges through innovative thinking and creativity.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with government clients and mission partners.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB.
  • Understanding of military operations across cyber, space, air, ground, and sea domains.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills in both technical and user-friendly terms.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in mission-level modeling and simulation.
  • Familiarity with models such as Suppressor, DIADS, AFSIM, or NGTS.

Compensation

The typical compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000, based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
