Job Title: Residential Crisis Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Crisis Clinician to join our team at The Opportunity Alliance. As a key member of our crisis residential program, you will provide critical support and services to individuals experiencing mental health or co-occurring crises.

Job Summary:

The Residential Crisis Clinician will be responsible for providing direct clinical services, care coordination, and crisis stabilization services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct crisis assessments and develop crisis intervention plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work or Counseling degree from an accredited graduate school
  • LCSW or LCPC preferred; with clinical conditional license required
  • Minimum of 1 or more years of direct experience with Co-Occurring Disorders preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background, child protective service check, and sex offender check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB screen
