Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Facilities Operations Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in assisting the Facilities Supervisor with various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a similar capacity, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. HVAC certification is advantageous, and experience working with senior populations and local regulatory agencies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interior maintenance of the community in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee exterior maintenance, including landscaping and grounds upkeep.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of community events.
  • Support all aspects of maintenance related to resident apartments and shared community areas.
