Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Solutions Consultant with expertise in technology implementation, you will collaborate closely with clients and partners to design, deliver, and enhance technology solutions that align with client objectives.
In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge to ensure top-tier delivery while utilizing your consultative skills, including problem-solving methodologies, effective communication, and a service-oriented mindset.
As a member of the Octo Consulting Group, a team that is client-centric, bold, practical, and technical, you will work with clients to optimize and innovate solutions that address real business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize consulting skills, business acumen, and solution expertise to effectively implement technology in a client environment to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Facilitate working sessions to gather client business requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and document specific business needs and requirements.
- Develop and deliver project outputs such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analyses, and functional design documents.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding critical business decisions related to industry and functional areas.
5 years of experience working with technology solutions.
Must have a strong background in leading project teams with multiple successful implementations and migrations. 5 years of experience in functional expertise for migration assessments, along with hands-on experience in a technical role involving the implementation and utilization of integrated asset management systems.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and configure, tailor, or customize solutions, including building interfaces.
Proficient in creating and updating advanced technical documentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a project team environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise5 years of experience as a software implementation consultant in a client-focused environment.
5 years of experience leading business process workshops and presenting solutions and best practices recommendations.
5 years of experience with full life cycle solution implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
5 years of experience providing post-implementation support (e.g., security administration, configuration issues).
