About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Qvale Auto Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Sales and Customer Service
    • Help customers select the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
    • Present vehicles in a clear and concise manner, highlighting features and benefits
    • Conduct test drives and ensure all safety protocols are followed
    • Present sales offers and negotiate prices to meet sales targets
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to identify new sales opportunities
    • Follow up with leads and ensure timely follow-through on sales
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Stay up-to-date on all vehicles, accessories, and financing options
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
