About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at HMG Business Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Utilize targeted marketing lists to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of leads and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing and Management: Process sales orders, manage order changes, installation dates, and cancellations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Product Sales and Support: Offer product sales and support to customers, other Client Solutions Specialists, and our outside sales team, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Marketing and Event Planning: Assist in building marketing campaigns, attending live events, and following up on customer enrollments, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the account team to grow and retain client accounts, ensuring a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Consistently reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
