Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Member Service Specialist to join our team at The Summit Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting credit union products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
  • Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members' needs and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, identifying opportunities to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including loan closings, new account openings, and certificate renewals.
  • Research and resolve member questions and complaints, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with the coordination of day-to-day branch operations, including ATM balancing and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with branch management to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two-three years' prior MSS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
