About the Role

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a skilled Counselor to join our team at the Correctional Recovery Academy in Norfolk, MA. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing psycho-educational groups and individual treatment planning to a caseload of offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group sessions and develop individual treatment plans
  • Provide counseling services to offenders in the assigned treatment program
  • Collaborate with MA DOC staff to coordinate program services and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • State certification as a CADC or LADC preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Two years of experience in the chemical dependency field preferred
  • Corrections experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
