Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Physical Therapists and support staff
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with regional leadership to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
