Medical Director

One Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our primary care team in Tacoma and Puyallup, Washington. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our offices, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational metrics to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in primary care
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in primary care, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
