Clinical Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Outpatient Mental Health Services team at Ellie Mental Health - 238. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services and achieving clinical and operational goals.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with Ellie Mental Health's policies, procedures, and standards, and that all clinical staff are trained and supported to provide high-quality care.
- Staff Development and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support their growth and development.
- Client Care: Ensure that all clients receive high-quality care and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Clinic Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in a mental health discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a mental health setting.
- Licensure and Certification: Independently licensed with a Washington state-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) and board-approved supervisor status.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
