Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business accounts within multiple geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.

Salary Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives.

Benefits: Competitive base salary, annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
