We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician with 4 to 7 years of experience to support our team's technical needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk, Field Services, and Desktop Support - Remote. This role involves analyzing geospatial data to support various projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing technical support to remote teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for users of computers and software systems
  • Provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance
  • Provide general training for relevant applications and hardware
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Provide instructions or directly set up desktop hardware
  • Assist with installation of computer software and operating system updates
  • Record logs of rendered support
