Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician with 4 to 7 years of experience to support our team's technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk, Field Services, and Desktop Support - Remote. This role involves analyzing geospatial data to support various projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing technical support to remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support for users of computers and software systems.

-Provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance.

-Provide general training for relevant applications and hardware

-Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.

-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.

-Provide instructions or directly set up desktop hardware to meet user needs.

-Assist with installation of computer software and operating system updates to ensure compatibility and efficiency.

-Maintain accurate records of rendered support to inform future operations.
