Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Operational Collaboration:

Calendar Management:
Coordinate meetings, meals, and communications using various scheduling tools, including Outlook and Zoom. Prepare detailed agendas and keep track of upcoming events and tasks.

Meeting Coordination:

Event Planning:
Assist in organizing internal events that foster company culture, such as team-building activities and social gatherings.

Administrative Support:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
