Job Title: Office Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations professional to join our team at LanceSoft. As the initial point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team members.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and general office requests
* Provide administrative support, including mail and package management, meeting setup and breakdown, and common space upkeep
* Maintain the maintenance of onsite equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues and working with vendors as needed
* Ensure adherence to onsite policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and engaging office environment

Requirements:

* Passion for customer service and driving engagement and culture
* Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to build relationships and work well with others
* Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
