Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a National Field Support Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in resolving customer issues, including provisioning, device configuration, troubleshooting, and signal measurements.
  • Utilize technical and interpersonal skills to resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers.
  • Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues, utilizing strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 or more years of telecommunications, call center, or high-speed data, video, or voice experience.
