Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dentist to join our team at Family Health Centers. As a key member of our dental care team, you will provide high-quality general dental care to adults and children, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care Activities
- Provide comprehensive dental services, including oral examinations and treatment, at our FHC clinics.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Communication and Health Information
- Communicate effectively with patients, support staff, and team members to ensure seamless care.
- Record patient treatment procedures into the electronic record and update patient medical status as needed.
- Coordinate referrals with specialist providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervision and Training
- Provide supervision and training to dental students, reviewing and countersigning their progress notes.
- Comply with training program requirements to precept and evaluate students.
- Administrative Responsibility
- Assume responsibility for dental clinic operations in the absence of the Dental Director and Assistant Dental Director.
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Washington.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
