The Colville Tribes is seeking a skilled Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at the Convalescent Center in Nespelem, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining resident care plans, working closely with other professional service disciplines, and upholding the policies of the Colville Tribal Convalescent Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resident care plans, including preliminary and comprehensive plans, in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with other professional service disciplines to complete and update MDS conjunction.
- Uphold all policies of the Colville Tribal Convalescent Center and the Colville Confederated Tribes.
- Requires a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a staff nurse in the healthcare field.
- Requires basic computer and keyboarding skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and knowledge of nursing and medical procedures and practices in a long-term care setting.
