  • Delegating care responsibilities efficiently

  • Overseeing the cardiac rehabilitation team
  • Taking on the role of Administrative Supervisor as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid RN license
  • At least two years of nursing experience
  • BSN is mandatory
  • BLS certification is essential
  • Professional certification must be obtained within one year of eligibility

Additional Details:

  • Specialized training and certification may be necessary
  • Completion of the IRF assessment tool credentialing within 90 days is required
  • ACLS and CRRN certifications are mandatory

Physical Demands:
The role requires the ability to perform various physical activities, including walking, standing, lifting, and bending. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and possess strong critical thinking abilities.
