Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a licensed Project Manager who will focus on the design and development of infrastructure projects tailored for municipalities and community systems.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the civil engineering design and permitting of essential infrastructure, including water, sewer, and storm systems, catering to our expanding municipal and community clientele. This role encompasses both project and client management.

Core Duties Include:

  • Design, manage, and oversee various civil engineering projects, emphasizing infrastructure initiatives such as drinking water treatment, distribution, and storage, wastewater collection, and road and drainage enhancements.
  • Prepare and certify reports, permit applications, and associated documentation for local, state, and federal land development and infrastructure permits.
  • Conduct engineering studies and provide cost estimates for a diverse range of infrastructure, recreational, and private sector civil design and construction projects.
  • Engage in CAD design work.
  • Assist with construction services, including contract administration, project representative management, and the preparation of bidding documents.

Client and Project Management:
Effectively communicate with clients and team members regarding project scope, schedules, design criteria, and budgets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals, including project scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
  • Handle monthly client billing with support from the accounting department for assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • NH PE License is required; VT and ME licenses are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD design software, particularly Civil3D.
  • Technical experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, stormwater management, and site design within similar regulatory environments.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including stormwater/drainage design, water and sewer systems, and roadway/parking design.
  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Ability to perform fieldwork, including carrying equipment and traversing undeveloped sites.
