Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Lead technical and resource efforts on water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, and planning projects.
  • Project Budgeting and Planning: Develop project budgets and work plans, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Management: Allocate and manage personnel, ensuring effective project execution and team performance.
  • Permitting and Approvals: Coordinate with permitting and approval agencies to ensure compliance and timely project progression.
  • Specifications and Drawings: Prepare specifications, drawings, and construction cost opinions to support project delivery.
  • Construction Support: Provide construction support services to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Assist with business development efforts to identify new project opportunities and grow the company's portfolio.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in water and wastewater projects.
  • Professional Registration: Active Professional Engineering Registration (PE).
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated experience leading and managing personnel and projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Writing and Communication: Professional writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
